Hey everyone! I received this story from a colleague of mine from AUC, Rudy Smith.

It was at AUC when Rudy and Silvia met. Rudy was a new first semester student in the anatomy lab while Silvia was a head anatomy TA. Rudy instantly had a crush on her but thought she was out of his league. But luckily Silvia was eye-ing Rudy too. They hit it off and the rest is history…

However, Silvia soon finished her Basic Science education on the island and left to start on the next stage of her medical education. However, being 1700 miles apart didn’t keep this couple’s love from growing. Their love grew stronger, and 10 months later, they were engaged. Congratulations to Rudy and Silvia! It’s so sweet to see an AUC engagement!
